In-Store Pickup

Need it quickly? We offer free in-store pickup at our shop in located at 2054 Danforth, Toronto, M4C 5B5 during business hours. 

Next-Day GTA Delivery

We offer next-day local delivery for a flat $7 to select postal codes in Toronto. It's free local delivery on orders over $125 before tax. Please order by 5pm for next-day delivery. Otherwise, orders will be processed the following day.

  • Free shipping: on orders over $125 before tax

Easy Returns for Gift Recipients

We want gift-giving to feel easy for everyone. Gift recipients are welcome to make free returns or exchanges in-store. If a return needs to be handled from farther away, shipping charges may apply.

Oversized, Heavy & Fragile Items

Some items are oversized, heavy, or fragile and may require additional shipping charges or may not be eligible for standard shipping.

  • Oversized shipping fee: +$19.99 per item
  • Examples: play kitchens and other large items
  • Excluded items: certain fragile products, such as lava lamps, are not available for shipping

These items can still be picked up in-store, and some may qualify for local delivery.

Holiday Shipping Notice

During the holiday season, delivery timelines may be longer than usual.

  • Next-day local delivery where available
  • Ontario orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days
  • Orders shipping outside Ontario may take longer
