In-Store Pickup

Need it quickly? We offer free in-store pickup at our shop in located at 2054 Danforth, Toronto, M4C 5B5 during business hours. 

Next-Day GTA Delivery

We offer next-day local delivery for a flat $7 to select postal codes in Toronto. It's free local delivery on orders over $125 before tax. Please order by 5pm for next-day delivery. Otherwise, orders will be processed the following day.

Canada-Wide Shipping

We’re happy to ship across Canada so you can send something special from afar.

  • Flat-rate shipping: $12.99 anywhere in Canada
  • Free shipping: on orders over $125 before tax

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Estimated Shipping Times

We pack orders daily and ship them from our Toronto store within 2 business days. Once your order is on its way, estimated delivery times are:

  • Ontario: 2–4 business days

  • Neighbouring provinces: 4–7 business days

  • Further provinces: 7–9 business days

Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote or rural areas. Shipping times may also be longer during holidays and peak periods, including Easter, Canada Day, Thanksgiving and the holiday season. 

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times can vary depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Gift wrapping and handwritten cards available
  • Gift included in every order available so the recipient can make in-store exchanges as needed

Easy Returns for Gift Recipients

We want gift-giving to feel easy for everyone. Gift recipients are welcome to make free returns or exchanges in-store. If a return needs to be handled from farther away, shipping charges may apply.

Oversized, Heavy & Fragile Items

Some items are oversized, heavy, or fragile and may require additional shipping charges or may not be eligible for standard shipping.

  • Oversized shipping fee: +$19.99 per item
  • Examples: play kitchens and other large items
  • Excluded items: certain fragile products, such as lava lamps, are not available for shipping

These items can still be picked up in-store, and some may qualify for local delivery.
