Return Policy
We want you to feel great about shopping with Silly Goose Kids. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We also want you to be able to gift with confidence, knowing that if a gift isn’t quite the right fit, we’ll do our best to make the return or exchange process easy.
In-Store Purchases
- Refund to original payment method: within 14 days
- Exchange or store credit: within 30 days
- No returns or exchanges: after 30 days
- Sale items: final sale
Items purchased in store must be returned in person.
Online Purchases
Online orders may be returned by mail or in store.
- Refund to original payment method: within 14 days of receiving your order
- Store credit: within 30 days of receiving your order
- No returns: after 30 days
- Sale items: final sale
If you’d like to make an exchange, the easiest option is to visit us in store. If returning by mail, please send the item back and place a new order for the replacement item.
Gift Returns
We want gift-giving to feel easy. Gift recipients are welcome to make free returns or exchanges in store, provided the item meets our return conditions. For mail-in gift returns, shipping charges may apply.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Opened arts & crafts kits
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as bath toys, teethers, and plush
- Seasonal and holiday items
- Gift cards
How to Return an Online Order by Mail
- Email us at hello@sillygoosekids.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our return instructions before sending your item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging or another sturdy box or mailer.
- Ship the return using the carrier of your choice, and keep your tracking number.
- Once your return is received, we’ll process it within 7–10 business days and notify you by email.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are returning items from multiple orders, please contact us first so we can help.
Holiday Return Policy
We know many gifts are purchased in advance during the holiday season, so we offer extended holiday returns on eligible items.
- Seasonal holiday items may be returned until December 4. After that date, they are final sale.
- Advent calendars are always final sale.
- Regular return policies continue to apply to non-seasonal items purchased before December 4.
- Christmas gift exchanges are accepted until January 8.
To be eligible for a holiday exchange, items must be non-seasonal, unopened, and in mint condition. Thank you for supporting our small business during the holiday season.
