We want you to be happy with your purchase from Silly Goose Kids! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

Holiday Return Policy: Seasonal holiday items may be returned until December 4; after this date they are final sale. Advent calendars are final sale at all times. Regular return policies apply to non-seasonal items purchased before December 4. Christmas gift exchanges are accepted until January 8, and all items must be non-seasonal, unopened, and in mint condition. Thank you for supporting our small business!


In-Store Purchases

  • Refund to original payment within 14 days
  • Exchange or store credit within 30 days
  • No returns after 30 days
  • All sale items are final sale.

In-store purchases must be returned in person.


Online Purchases

You can return online purchases by mail or in store. To exchange, visit us in store or return your item by mail and place a new order.

Return Conditions

All items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging, with tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Hygienic items (e.g. bath toys, teethers, plush)
  • Seasonal or holiday items
  • Gift cards

How to Return Online Orders by Mail

  1. Email us at hello@sillygoosekids.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely in original or sturdy packaging.
  4. Ship it using any carrier and keep your tracking number.
  5. Once received, we’ll process your return in 7–10 business days and notify you by email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returning items from multiple orders? Please contact us first.
